The real update

Spent the very bumpy plane ride reading a great, well worn book.

So, I got to spend lots of time with my family and quite a bit of time with friends, and definitly got to hang out with my favorite little bud, Ezra. He’s so interactive now, and alot of fun to play with. He also got to sport his new hoodie from Auntie Ali.

And the old man sweater I made him quite a while ago, however, still too big!

Isn’t he the cutest? And it actually snowed for a few minutes while we were there, so Ez got to see some of that white stuff. I don’t think he liked it very much, It was kind of cold.

I am actually going to post a whole new post on the yarn I got this weekend, so stayed tuned. Also doing another giveaway this weekend!

  1. Excited to see what 9 skeins of yarn are going to be used for.

On another note, we tried the chicken cheddar chowder tonight, and yes its good. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

  2. Hey, I recognize that book!

    Ezra has the cutest sweaters.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for the give-away! I see Charissa wearing her hat practically once a week, I’m sure, and I’m jealous every time.

  3. You couldn’t have cropped the first picture to NOT include my nose?! I mean I already got called big nose as a child and to have a photo that I am obviously NOT in yet there my nose is, as if floating miles away from my face…sure gives one a complex, that’s all I’m saying.

  4. These sweaters are absolutely adorable, Ali! I am just starting on the knitting, and I’m hoping to be able to do things like this someday, sigh:)

  5. Hey, I recognize that book! It’s the best!

You’re pretty awesome, you know? Such knitted goodness!

    And Ezra’s adorable!

  6. Also, as I was going back and reading all of your blog posts that I hadn’t commented on, I thought I’d also not commented on this post. Obviously I did. And obviously I said the same exact things, practically. Sigh.
