I wasn’t about to let some stupid shoulder injury keep me from decorating for Christmas, so today Paul and I went all out and got the house decorated (and kind of torn apart in the process. We’re purging some of our bigger items and made room for a Christmas tree (although it’s a tiny one)
Even the wheel got some Christmas Lovin’
Our very first Christmas tree!
A few of my favorite ornaments
I also made a few crochet snowflakes, and I’m planning on making a garland to hang between the kitchen and the living room.
I think I am going to block them and starch them so that they hang a bit nicer and not as bunchy. But we’ll see if I get around to it. I only have 3 done so far, but they are pretty quick and easy.
Merry Christmas!
Oh, Ali, it’s adorable.
how fun
I’m an Ali too! And I just started making snowflakes. Yours look great!

Very nice! Who knew when I got all that christmas stuff last year that “tinkerbell” green would be the new Christmas green. I keep seeing (and buying) more felt stuff….you will be getting a box soon;o) Love your little tree.
Yay! Thanks, mom! I LOVE LOVE LOVE all my Christmas Decorations. Between the ones you gave me and the ones the Darby’s gave me I had enough to fill up our little tree! (even though we had to leave a few of the heavier ones off, since we had a severe lack of strong branches and they kept threatening to tip the tree over. (Sorry creepy Reindeer face)
Fun! I need to get my house more decorated. We have our little village on the mantel, the tree up, but the rest of it is just sitting in the rubbermaid in the living room.
