So, Knittybutton readers, I need some help. I’ve been working on this pattern for a few days now.
So, what kind of names can you come up with for this pattern? It’s a pretty simple knit-purl pattern, but it almost looks like tiny cables running throughout the pattern.
The only things I can come up with are Harry Potter themed names like “Diagon Alley” or something silly like that…uh, you know, cuz it kind of goes diagonally?
So, if you can give me a good name for this scarf, maybe I will be awesome and send you something in the mail.

Maybe something like “Twist and Shout” ‘cuz it kinda looks like twists?! I actually like Diagon Alley…but I also like Harry Potter.
It reminds me of a tree trunk; does that help?

I like Diagon Alley. And then Cable Crossing.
Looks like a Licorice Twist to me.

It looks like you could pull off each row…like a Twizzler…a twisty Twizzler…that’s also fuzzy…a Fuzzler…ok now I’m just being silly 🙂 But it really does remind me of a Twizzler.
ok, so i’m not a Harry Potter “fan”, but i think that the pattern almost looks like Hagrids hair! weird? only because it looks coarse and twisted?? So maybe Hagrid? Or does that sound more like a disease?? Hehe. Miss you lady!
I’m a huge fan of the names already suggested. Diagon Alley I think is great.
