How I wish you could see the potential, the potential of you and me

So I haven’t been neglecting my crafts, but none are finished enough to really show. One of these days I will have so many projects to show, but right now I am kind of in the middle of alot of different crafties. Mostly of the crochet and knit variety. However, I’ve had just about the best time thrifting (is that a verb?) I’ve gotten some real finds lately, I’m on a roll! Here are some pictures.

An adorable apron I found, which I’m absolutely in love with.

I have found alot of dishes recently.

Um, hello, 25 cents for the whole lot of them? Ok!

These bowls are my favorite.

Except for maybe these bowls might be my favorite.

I have a pretty impressive collection of black and white dishes, mostly found for my table at the women’s Christmas Brunch.

And these little gems… small purple dessert plates!

May I say that mustard is my new favorite color, and mustard at clearance thrift store prices is much better.

So there’s an update!

  1. Ali – You look amazing in that picture! You know that we are naming KayLynn after all the wonderful women who have part of her name, but I have to say that I am glad that KayLynn Alexandra has such a beautiful namesake to look up to! Love you dear cousin!

  2. Hey what about your totally cool new pitcher from your sister??? I mean it goes SO smashingly with the rest of your blue glass. Maybe you didn’t really like it? That’s ok if you don’t. I’ll take it back I mean, I like having extra pitchers.

  3. Thanks for finallying updating!! I like the apron that is posing as a window covering. Great alternative use for it. I also like the stacks of books and magazine shots. See ya tomorrow at the wedding.
