My cousin Kjerste had twins a few weeks ago and I got to meet them when I visited my family 2 weeks ago. It was so great to be able to meet these beautiful little girls (Katja and Karena!) And they got some matching purple hats.
Are the girls beautiful? All wrapped up in hand knit blankets, too!

what a special gift your hats were for the girls. My twins were born almost 21 years ago and I loved having matching things for them to wear. They are now much more individual and never dress alike. I think boys do that less than girls, but I did love it when they were young. As they got a little older, I often dressed them the same only in different colors, so we could tell others who was who because they looked so much alike. 🙂 I am now knitting a purple blanket for my coming granddaughter, so I love the color of your hats as well. 🙂
