Lyn! Sorry, I would love to share the pattern, but it was sort of made up as I went along. It’s pretty similar to the Lamby pattern: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/fuzzy-mitten-lamb
you could probably just make that pattern with longer ears and it might work out ok!
As far as the sweater goes that one was just completely made up as I went along, but it was a basic raglan top down sweater style.. I think I cast on 16 to start with? Then just picked up stitches around the neckline to make the hood. If you do make the sweater just make sure that the head-hole is big enough to get it onto the animal.
