Signing off for the weekend.

I’m packing, packing, packing. Feverishly trying to remember if I can bring my knitting needles on the plane, or should I bring my embroidery, but if I do that can I bring my scissors? Are they allowed on the plane? Should I take some crocheting? The hook is a pretty harmless looking instrument… Oh decisions decisions. Take the camera? Risk breaking it in the luggage?

Oh! Remembering to pack pajamas and a toothbrush. The two things I always forget.

Wish me luck, I hate flying.

  1. Well, you’re probably in the air or landed by now, but for future reference: You CAN take your knitting needles, crochet hook, and embroidery, but leave the scissors at home! The trick of the trade though is to bring along some floss. You can cut the embroidery thread like you do the floss and its totally allowed on the plane.

    Can’t wait to see you!

  2. Im in Tacoma! YAY! I did take my crocheting and just hoped it would work πŸ™‚ I finished my knitting project about 30 minutes before we left for the airport, so it wasn’t a problem anyway.

Good tip about the dental floss, though. You’re a smart girl, that’s why you’re my friend! πŸ˜‰
