We’re going to have a potluck dinner with some good friends this evening, and I (as usual) request to bring dessert. It felt like a good day for pie.
Also, after last weeks Apple Pie Pop extravaganza, let me just say, I am totally over baking pie crusts. I totally bought some pre-made ones at the store, which put the actual time of work I put into this at about 15 minutes.
Blueberry Peach pie! It was all Paul’s idea.

Oh, that sounds delicious. Yum, yum, yum. I thought it was going to be blueberry apple, which sounded yummy, but blueberry peach is even better.
Yeah, I have pretty much never made a pie that yummy looking.
