I am looking for a knit pattern, preferably worsted weight yarn or larger, for a floppy brim, victorian hat, (as in Red-Hat Society) or a beret, also floppy.

I have had patterns but can’t find them at this point.

Hope somebody out there can help me!

    Thanks!

  2. I would check a site like knittingpatterncentral.com or ravelry for free patterns! Unfortunately I don’t have anything like that at the moment! Sorry.

  3. you should try and make this and send the pattern of how to make it to me……

Do you have any crochet patterns on here? Sadly I only crochet. :)

  5. Sorry, I’m not quite clever enough to make up crochet patterns, I’m not really into crocheting very much.

Yeh, I should try to learn how to knit. Also I see you at church all the time! :) I’m one of the Paradis kids if you did’t know… But you probably don’t know that name either! :)

    Hi Ali,

I would love the lamb Pattern!!! So adorable and your animals are all so cute!! Would you give it to me please?

    Sincerely, Michelle

  8. The lamby is NOT my pattern, but here is the link:

You will need a ravelry log in to get to it, and I highly suggest you get a Ravelry log in if you don’t have one already, it’s a great place to find free patterns!

  9. I have tried to download your lemon curd scarf, but to no avail. How can I get it? Bobbie

  10. Bobbie,
Not sure what’s not working with the link, but click on this:
    http://knittybutton.wordpress.com/2010/11/08/lemon-curd-scarf/
That should work. Also, it’s not a download, it’s just a pattern on another page of my blog, so I am not sure what’s not working with it. I just tried the link again and it seemed to work just fine.
Sorry and I hope it works!

Do you think you could do a pattern for the sheep? It’s so adorable! I love it!!

  12. Melly, if you look above, there is a link to the lamby pattern. It’s not mine :)

  13. Do you have a pattern for the dainty dress? I would love to try making something like that – I have a pregnant friend who would love that.

Hey Ali, Not that you don’t have enough to do but—how about a pattern book for sale? I’m sure I’m not the only one that would buy your patterns.

  15. Pauline- Oh man, I’d LOVE to have the time to write a pattern book! Maybe once Sam is a bit older! I’ve never thought of that before, though, so thank you so much for the idea!!

Your welcome Ali, I look forward to a great pattern book someday.
